The natural stone arch is 6.5 metres across with the piers having a base of 1.1mtr.We fitted this around a steel frame which physically supports the room above. The arch is self supporting from the clad piers. Templestone installed this after the main construction was built, that way less damage is likely to occur. This home is in Cobham.
