DUE TO THE FACT THAT THESE ARE BESPOKE SURROUNDS THE ABOVE PRICES CAN BE AFFECTED BY A CHANGE IN SIZE OR AMOUNT OF CARVING INVOLVED. SOME CLIENTS MAY REQUIRE MORE OR LESS INTRICATE DETAIL THAN OTHERS. (Other stones may be available or we can carve in a specified stone if asked) As most of our work is bespoke if the surround is smaller the price would be less.

All of the above prices refer only to the surrounds at those sizes shown in the brochure.

They do not include Hearths, Chamber panels, Installation, or any preparation work

that may be involved.

All prices exclude Delivery

Delivery and/or installation charges according to site location

Our fitting charges include the delivery and within the London area are £440.63 incl

Delivery in a crate or van is available depending on site proximity

Payment terms: Real Stone 50% deposit with order

Balance on installation/delivery

Delivery/installation Real Stone 8 – 12 weeks depending on design.

TEMPLESTONE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE FOR OUR DESIGNWORK IF NO ORDER IS PLACED WITH US. (This will be at the rate of £95.00 per hour)

Gas fires/baskets/wood burners/grates etc can be sourced and supplied.
